Email settings

Basic Connection Information

You can use web interface located at: https://www.office.com/login or your favourite email client.

Microsoft Outlook

This client can configure your email account automatically. Just provide your email (<name>.<surname>@bc.cas.cz) and password.

Mozilla Thunderbird and other clients

Setup your email account using following data:

Incoming

Server type	IMAP
Server name	outlook.office365.com
Port:	993
Connection Security:	SSL/TLS
Authentication method:	password
Username:	your email address

Outgoing

Server type	SMTP
Server name	smtp.office365.com
Port:	587
Connection Security:	STARTTLS
Authentication method:	password
Username:	your email address
